Stadium Darul Aman was built in 1967. It has a capacity to accommodate some 32,000 spectators. The stadium underwent renovations in 1997 and 2006. During that period, it was managed by the Kedah Football Association. In 2006, management of the stadium came under the Kedah State Stadium Authority. Right now, its become the homeground for Kedah Darul Aman Football Club (KDAFC) thats participated in the highest level of Malaysia Football League system. (7km from Padi Hotel)
